General Information
The Victorian Department of Environment, Water, Land and Primary Industry (DEWLPI) Code of Practice for Caged Birds applies at all bird expos in the State of Victoria.
- Only one species of bird is permitted per cage.
- All-wire cages are not acceptable to be used at the bird expo.
Codes of Practice
Vendors and buyers are expected to read and apply the code of practice for bird expos and the code of practice for housing of caged birds.
