Aristopet Sulphadim is a broad spectrum antibiotic for the treatment of coccidiosis, enteritis, bacterial infections and diarrhea in caged birds.

Active Ingredient
70mg/ml Sulfadimidine Sodium (equivalent to 64.9mg/ml Sulfadimidine)

Dose Rate/Directions:
Administer either in drinking water OR by adding to food.

Parrots: 5.0g/L in water (1 level spoon per 125ml).

Finch/Pigeon: 2.5g/L (1 level spoon per 250ml).

All Ornamental Birds: 5.0g/kg in dry food (1 level spoon per 125g).

All Ornamental Birds: 10.0g/kg in Hand Rearing Food (2 level spoons per 125g).

Remove all sources of unmedicated water and prepare fresh solutions daily.

Remove sources of grit and calcium for the duration of treatment.

Supply medicated water for 5-7 days (Psittacosis 45 days) in glass, glazed or plastic containers.
